The last month of winter promises a lot of mystery and crime genre dramas; are you ready to be thrilled?
Personally, I love this type of drama, and I'm happy to have them on air, but it will be a strong fight between a drama which everyone will remember and what people will quickly forget.
What drama are you the most excited about?

Starring: Lee Na Young, Jung Eun Chae, Lee Chung Ah, Seo Hyeon Woo
Synopsis: Yun Ra Yeong, Kang Sin Jae and Hwang Hyeon Jin have been friends for about 20 years. They first met in their 20's, when they were university students, and they now work together as lawyers at L&J Law Firm. The law firm specialises in defending female crime victims. A secret from 20 years ago, which Yun Ra Yeong, Kang Sin Jae and Hwang Hyeon Jin could not speak to anyone about, rises again and shakes the lives of these women. The women grit their teeth and fight back, showing solidarity and tenacity that cannot be broken. (Asianwiki)
There are quite a few law dramas that have recently come out, or are still airing ("Pro Bono", "Idol I" and "The Judge Returns"), so I wonder how this one will stand out on its own.
One thing that, for now, seems different is that it focuses on women lawyers.
The screenwriter has worked on "Train" and "My First Love", which were quite good. And the director did "Dong Jae, the Good or the Bastard". Which I haven't seen, but it was quite popular amongst people who liked "Stranger".
This is a remake of the Swedish TV series "Honour" (2019), so if anyone has seen it, let me know if you liked it!
The trailer gives us some badass woman vibe, and I hope it continues with that. What I really want from this drama is a great friendship between the female leads, no matter the secrets that we will have to unravel.

Starring: Ryeo Un, Sung Dong Il, Keum Sae Rok
Synopsis: The story begins one day when a man is arrested by the police on charges of kidnapping two people with disabilities. During the investigation of the arrested suspect, it is revealed that he has murdered 223 innocent civilians in the name of not only kidnapping but also human body testing, and prosecutors arrest him. His name is Lee U Gyeom. A medical school dropout, he claims that he can cure all human diseases. He said that he has developed a technology that can completely cure not only simple diseases, but also various incurable diseases that current medical technology has not been able to solve, such as cancer. He promises to unveil all this perfect medical technology for the benefit of mankind; however, on the premise that he will not be held responsible for the 223 human experiments he has conducted so far. This is an adaptation from the novel"Flower of Death" by Lee Dong Gun. I'm looking through my memory, and dramas with a flower in their title are usually good (my memory, a.k.a only "Flower of Evil"), so this should be good too!
This drama has great discussion points.
I only read the synopsis and was already thinking: "Does this man deserve to live with all those people killed? But we also deserve to know what kind of cure he has, right?"
The world has real-life examples of those things happening, especially during the wartimes. Now that it's over, what do we do with these kinds of people? So I believe the drama, and probably the novel, had drawn some of its inspiration from that. Again, it's a great reflection time.
I haven't seen any of the director Han Yoon Sun's works, but the premise gives me a lot of hope. Also, I would watch anything that Sung Dong Il is in, so this is not an exception.
Our Universe

Thrown into unfamiliar roles as co-parents, these two different, imperfect adults struggle to navigate not only childcare but also life and love, while slowly beginning to orbit each other. Synopsis: The story of Sarah Kim who wanted to embody luxury, even if it meant being fake, and Park Mu Gyeong, who traces after her desires. Sarah Kim is a mysterious character whose name is everywhere, yet she can’t be found anywhere. As the head of a high-end brand’s Asia branch, she suddenly becomes the victim in an unidentified murder case. Park Mu Gyeong is a sharp and persistent detective in the violent crimes unit. As Mu Gyeong delves deeper into the case, Sarah Kim’s mysterious identity — involving different names, ages, jobs, and backgrounds — is gradually unveiled. Who is the real Sarah Kim, and what secrets is she hiding? (Netflix)
First of all, this has a great cast. I missed Shin Hae Sun so much, and I wonder what kind of role Lee Jun Hyuk will play in this.
Looking at the previous director, Kim Jin Min's work, I can also say that this is going to be dark. "My Name", "Extracurricular", "Lawless Lawyer" had been like that, so now I can't expect anything else.
The story reminds me a bit of those fraud cases, for example, Anna Delvey, who pretended to be a wealthy socialite but actually had no money to her name.
Maybe I should compare it to another Korean drama, "Anna" with Bae Suzy in it. It excites me to see how the story of Sarah will unfold.

The drama is an adaptation of the webtoon "Efficient Dating of Single Men and Women".
I really like the leads in the cast, and I wonder how their chemistry will be in this drama. It doesn't seem to be something that will blow my mind, but rather something nice and warm to start the spring with.
The director Lee Jae Hoon worked on some good dramas like "The Ghost Detective", "Run On", and "Divorce Attorney Shin". So I have hopes that this drama will be at least decent too.
