It's a nice way to remember which characters were my favourite, which I would hate to have any romantic relationships with, etc.

It wasn't a perfect year, and there are ways the dramas could improve for 2026, but let's look at something I've watched this December.

If you watch a lot of Korean dramas, you might already know that Koreans don't celebrate Christmas with family, giving gifts to others. More often, it will be a celebration with a partner or friends.

I also wanted to see if anything had changed from last year for me; the expectations, what I like watching, etc.

I can't say this was a good month for me, K-drama-wise. I have finished my fillers, but there is one drama that really stood out for me.

This month was so long that I barely remember the dramas I've watched at the start of it... Or maybe the dramas were not that memorable.

However, November seems a lot more exciting than October was.

September was a month for me to finish all my background dramas, and some that I genuinely enjoyed... At first. You will find a few dramas that surprised me in a good way, but be ready for disappointment.

I'm sad to say this, but this month does not seem that fun in Dramaworld. The start is interesting, but I don't anticipate anything from the second half.

K-drama Aema has inspired me to research the Korean film industry in the 80s. Was there really so much nudity? What kind of films were popular at the time?

There was hate, love, a lot of laughing and tears while watching them, so even if not all dramas in July were 10/10, they have brought me a lot of emotions.

What new K-dramas are we going to get in August? For now, it seems like the second half of the month will be busy...

Half a year has already passed, and it has brought us a lot of interesting or not-so-great dramas that we all are going to look back on.
